Honos
Honos is a club of independent service companies in New York: appliance repair, handyman work, locksmiths. One account for the customer, one loyalty program across the club, and companies that are admitted by review rather than by paying for a listing.
How it works
- You find a company in the Honos app and join it yourself. Until you do, the company does not see you.
- The technician arrives, diagnoses the problem and prepares an estimate. You see the price and approve it before the work begins.
- You pay by card, cash or Zelle. Points are credited to your account and go toward your next job with that company.
The applications
- Honos — for customers: orders, estimates, payments and points.
- Honos Pro — for technicians: the route of the day, diagnosis, estimates and photographs.
- Honos Dispatch — for dispatchers: incoming requests, the board and the map.
Who operates Honos
Honos is operated by QMaster LLC d/b/a Honos, a New York limited liability company. The work itself is performed by independent service companies admitted to the club; the agreement for the work is between the customer and that company.
The service is for adults: you must be 18 or older to create an account.
